Financial Highlights | Accredited Due Deligence

We believe investors deserve clear visibility into the economics of a business and tangible evidence that the model can work in practice. Here is a straightforward summary of our financial framework and current traction.

Financial Highlights

(High-Level / Illustrative – Full Model Under NDA) Our platform is designed for attractive risk-adjusted returns through diversification and operational efficiency. Key elements include:

•  Diversified Revenue Model: 8–10+ independent yet synergistic streams (proteins, resistant starch, oils, ABE biofuels, bioplastics, power, etc.). This reduces reliance on any single product or market.
•  Capital Efficiency: Modular design allows phased deployment, lowering upfront capital intensity compared to giga-scale projects.
•  Co-Product Economics: Zero-waste valorization significantly improves return potential.
•  Path to Positive Cash Flow: Preliminary modeling (including USDA ASPEN feasibility studies) indicates potential profitability within 24–36 months for the first facility.
•  First Facility Capital: Approximately $150M+ range (phased). Suitable for $150M-scale deployment through a mix of equity, JVs, and project finance.

• Use of Proceeds: Technology de-risking and pilot validation, site selection and permitting, feedstock agreements, engineering and construction of initial modules, working capital, and team expansion.
Detailed allocation and milestones are available in the phased descriptions.

Portfolio-Level Benefits Diversified revenue enhances cash flow stability. Multiple offtake pathways reduce customer concentration risk. The overall structure supports more predictable returns and a lower volatility profile than single-asset investments in the sector.

Traction & Milestones CBR is not a concept on paper. We have built on decades of R&D and real-world validation:

  • Long-term technical development with historical collaboration and interest from Oak Ridge National Laboratory on bio-butanol pathways.
  • Active partnerships CBR is seeking active partnerships in local communities, food and fuel companies, and Accredited Investors.
  • Engagement with USDA-ARS, USDA-NRCS, National Laboratories, and affiliate universities for research, testing, and policy alignment.
  • Ongoing site evaluations, feedstock supply discussions, and advancement toward  commercial facilities.

Specific ASPEN data, engineering reports, and detailed timeline are available under NDA. These milestones demonstrate both technical progress and our ability to execute in partnership with established agricultural and governmental stakeholders.

For investors who value businesses with proven foundations and clear paths to scaling, these financials and traction points provide a solid basis for deeper analysis. We welcome your independent review of the full model and supporting data.
