A Clear, Professional Path for Accredited Investors
Our Approach to Partnerships
We understand that seasoned accredited investors apply rigorous, independent due diligence before committing capital. We have therefore designed a structured, transparent, and efficient process that respects your time while protecting our proprietary information and the interests of all parties.
This deliberate, sequential approach builds confidence through progressive disclosure, direct engagement, and thorough verification.
Expected Next Steps
1. Request Initial Materials Begin by requesting our current Pitch Deck and other documentation. These materials provide a concise yet substantive overview of the opportunity, market context, competitive positioning, preliminary unit economics, and projections — without requiring an NDA at this stage.
2. Schedule a Management Presentation Arrange a confidential virtual or in-person meeting with our leadership team, including:
- Scott R. Hewitt – CEO & President / Chief Operating Officer
- Vincent R. James, Ph.D. (ABD) – Chief Technology Officer
We have built Community BioRefineries as a durable, understandable platform that combines breakthrough zero-waste technology, continuous flow fermentation, real-world execution, and compelling economics.
This website is designed for open dialogue on strategy, technology, operations, market dynamics, and our long-term vision. You will have the opportunity to assess the team’s depth of expertise and execution capabilities firsthand.
3. Execute NDA Upon mutual interest, sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement. This immediately grants access to our secure online data room containing detailed technical reports, comprehensive financial models, engineering data, IP summaries, commercial agreements, and more.
4. Conduct In-Depth Due Diligence With NDA in place, proceed with hands-on verification. Typical activities include:
- Site visits to development locations and pilot facilities
- Detailed review of engineering designs, modeling assumptions, and performance data
- Conversations with key partners (USDA-ARS, INL, universities, co-ops, and CRADAs)
- Independent analysis of unit economics and $150M-scale deployment scenarios
••Legal, technical, financial, and market diligence as you deem necessary
5. Discuss Partnership Structures Once due diligence is substantially complete, we will explore mutually beneficial arrangements, including Joint Ventures, project-level equity, strategic partnerships with offtake agreements, or other structures tailored to your objectives and risk preferences.
Our Partnership Philosophy
We seek long-term partners who share our commitment to durable businesses, sensible capital allocation, strong governance, and meaningful community impact. We are not interested in short-term transactional relationships. Our goal is to build lasting alignments with investors who understand the platform’s potential and are committed to responsible stewardship.
