From these crops we isolate high-value phytochemicals and nutraceuticals for the growing health and wellness markets, separate and upgrade C5, C6, and C12 sugars, recover premium oils (including high-oleic varieties suitable for both nutrition and other oils for fuel applications), and valorize every remaining fraction.
We turn the same feedstocks into both food and energy while helping farmers revive strong producer co-ops. This creates a powerful natural hedge against volatile commodity prices.
